"The Jenny Martin staff are always responsive and helpful. Dan and Summer are very good at their jobs. My complaint is with the State Farm billing department. They are asking to see my bank statement to show that my account at the bank is open. They went so far as calling my Bank Wealth advisor to have a recent bank statement sent to them. Of course the bank said they could not do that. The account is open and over 20 big companies are on auto pay. A massive waste of time for all involved."
