"I'm always impressed with the expediency of the Jenny Martin staff, especially Summer Cummins who usually answers the phone. Two weeks ago I went into their office with a question about correspondence that was twelve years old (2013). Summer greeted me and looked over my documentation, and she cleared it up right then and there. And today she sent me, by email, the documentation I requested within five minutes of our hanging up the phone. Thank you, Summer!"

"I worked with Dan Larrea to go over my insurance needs. I knew I had one vehicle I wanted to drop. Dan made sure that vehicle 2 took its place in such a way to ensure I did not lose any benefits from my old policy and in fact found a new one to further reduce my premiums. I have been with Jenny Martin State Farm for at least 20 years and have always been pleased with the service and people there. Highly recommend"

"I have had my homeowners policy through Jenny Martin's agency for years. I recently had my roof replaced and received a wind mitigation report. "Horrible!!! Was working with Summer to straighten out insurance problem. She charged me to prepare binder and insurance card to be faxed to Tallahassee so that the suspension they put on my license would be taken off. I received an email with copy of these documents and trusted all was correct. After waiting the 24-48 hour period my suspension was not taken off. So I went to the email she sent to look closer to documentation she prepared and faxed. Was shocked and very upset to see both documents were not in my name, totally different person and vehicle appeared on documents. When I called her about she had no answer for error only that I would have to send her more money to do corrections. I refused and she did not provide explanation Of how this happened or process involved. Stated she would reverse charge on my credit card, that did not happen. Left messages she failed to return my calls. When I called for the last time she answered and told her I didn’t want her service any further in this manner. I guess she doesn’t believe in proof reading or returning calls."
